Please allow this letter to act as our request/agreement to use the Boardwalk North
Parking area on May 1", 2™ and 3"! 2014. The purpose will be to host the car show
cruising event Burning Up The Beaches, bringing in classic cars and tourists to our
community. Horizons will hold harmless those entities of ownership for this area.
‘Insurance policies naming them will be executed and supplied. No vendors will be
allowed without your approval. We will follow all policies and guidelines both
written and verbal placed on us by you.
This event will bring in registrants from all over the South East to enjoy our tourist
