THE OKALOOSA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
and
JUDGE BEN GORDON, JR. FAMILY VISITATION CENTER
for
Safe Havens: Supervised Visitations Grant
This Amendment made and entered into this 7th day of October 2014 by and between The BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, (hereinafter referred to as "County" OR “Recipient”)
and JUDGE BEN GORDON, JR. FAMILY VISITATION CENTER, (hereinafter referred to as "Subrecipient").
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits contained herein, the County and
Subrecipient agree as follows:
ARTICLE H. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
Is hereby revised to reflect an ending date of September 30, 2015.
Ali provisions not in conflict with this Amendment remain in full force and effect, and are to be
performed at the fevel specified in the agreement.
