EASEMENT STATE OF FLORIDA COUNTY OF OKALOOSA Prepared by: Okaloosa County Water & Sewer This Easement made this day of 2015 Between as the party of the First part and Okaloosa County Water & Sewer , 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, Fl 32547 as the party of the Second part, WITNESSETH that the First party, in consideration of the sum of one (1) dollar and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the Second party, its successors, and assigns, a perpetual easement and right- of-way for the purpose of Maintenance and Installation of Water & Sewer Utilities in, upon and through the following described land in Okaloosa County: in exchange for the utility easement, OCWS agrees to repair all areas disturbed during construction and return the surface to the original existing conditions and dimensions. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LEGAL DESCRIPTION 20' UTILITY EASEMENT Not complete at this time, to be produced and inserted during the contract phase once the survey is complete. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Second party, its successors and assigns, together with the rights to enter upon said land, provided however, said party of the Second part shall not intentionally damage the contiguous land of the party of the First part, and the party of the First part will defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by, through or under the party of the First part.
