Re: Transit Development Plan (RFP GM 45-15) Proposal Review Committee
On May 35, 2015, the BoCC approved the release of a Request for Proposal to develop
the County’s 10-year Transit Development Plan. The Transit Development Plan (TDP)
is a 10-year horizon plan intended to serve as the basis for defining public transit needs
and is a prerequisite to receipt of state FDOT funds. The last day to submit proposals
was July 10", 2015. The Purchasing Department is in receipt of two (2) proposals to be
reviewed.
Growth Management proposes the following to serve on the 3-person Proposal Review
Committee:
Rick Owen Okaloosa County
Janet Willis Okaloosa County
Vikki Garrett (or alternate) West Florida Regional Planning Council
[f Ms. Garrett is for any reason unable to participate, the Regional Planning Council will
appoint another staff representative. The review committee will be subject to the
County’s solicitation silence No Contract Clause that prohibits oral and written
communication regarding all formal solicitation for goods and services issued by the
Board through the Purchasing Department.
