BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On June 6, 2017, the Board approved the award to Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. to provide asphalt materials for the County. The contractor will provide the materials on an as-needed basis and there is no guarantee for the amount that will be purchased. The contract is now complete and is ready for the Chairman’s signature. Staff requests approval of the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. and requests authorization for the Chairman to sign the documents. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. and authorization for the Chairman to sign the documents.
