SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY
Each separate provision of this Chapter is de coed independent of all other
provisions herein so that if any portion or provision of this C pter is declared invalid, all other
provisions thereof shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall take effect im edi ely upon approval on second reading by
City Council and signature of the Mayor.
