STATEMENT OF ISSUE: In order for Public Hearings, Workshops and Employee Award
presentations to be scheduled for the 4th Quarter of FY 2014, meeting schedules need to be
approved and published.
BACKGROUND: The attached calendars for 4th Quarter of FY 2014 (July - September) were
prepared by County Administrator’s staff in March 2014.
OPTIONS: Approve the attached calendars as presented or direct staff to add or change topics
and/or meeting dates as needed.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the attached calendars.
