AVCON, INC., a Florida Corporation (hereinafter “CONSULTANT”) agrees to perform and complete
the following services (hereinafter “Services”) for Okaloosa County Public Works (hereinafter
“COUNTY”), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Consulting Engineering
Services (Contract No.: C06-1347-PW2-119), dated March 24, 2006 (extended on March 5, 2008), all of
which terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference.
1. Task Location: Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida
2. Task Name: Palm Village Condominium Development
3. Task Description/Scope of Services; CONSULTANT shall perform professional services
contained in Exhibit “A” dated May 3, 2013 and attached hereto.
4. Compensation: The collective project budget shall not exceed Fifty-Seven Thousand, Eight
Hundred Eighty-Six and_00/100 dollars ($57,886.00 NTE).
All services performed directly by CONSULTANT under this Task Order as described in
Item 3 above shall be compensated on a Not-To-Exceed (time-and-materials) basis.
CONSULTANT shall be compensated based on actual expenses incurred. Direct expenses
necessary to perform the services, including printing/plotting charges, shall be reimbursed
at actual cost. Subconsultant fees performed under this Task Order shall be compensated
for on a Not-To-Exceed basis. The Not-To-Exceed limit for all services shall be Fifty-
Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred _Eighty-Six and 00/100 dollars ($57,886.00 NTE).
Progress payments shall be made monthly.
