STATEMENT OF ISSUE: In order for Public Hearings, Workshops and Employee Award
presentations to be scheduled for the 2nd Quarter of FY 2015, meeting schedules need to be
approved and published.
BACKGROUND: The attached calendars for 2nd Quarter of FY 2015 (January - March) were
Revised by County Administrator’s staff in October 2014 at the request of the Board.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommend consideration of calendars presented and approval.
