REQUEST:
Final Plat Approval for Crewilla 11\ Subdivision, a Replat of Lot 2 Crewilla \I Subdivision,
According to the Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, of the Public Records of
Okaloosa County. The property is located at 240 Crewilla Drive NW. The request is made by
Robert Killingsworth, Authorized Agent for Philip Lon Williams as Trustee of the Marvin C.
Williams GST Exempt Trust. Panhandle Associates, Inc. is the plat pre parer.
BACKGROUND:
The request is a site of 1. 83 acres lying on the north side of Crewilla Drive NW approximately
1 , 500 feet north of the intersection of that street with Beal Parkway NW. The parcel includes
one pla~ted lot ( Lot 2) in the CrewiUa II Subdivision. The applicant is requesting that the existing
developed par<~ el be split into two lots Lot 1 and Lqt 2, 90 feet and 130 feet wide and 33, 300 sJ.
and 46, 800 s.f., respectively. The resulting lot configurations will ailow the owner to transfer
ownership of each lot, if desired.
Lots 1 & 2 Crewilla Subdivision were created in 1996 from a large parcel owned by the
Williams'. Mr. Killingsworth purchased and developed his residence on Lot 1, Crewilla II. 238
(
Crewilla Drive NW).. The owners now would like to position themselves to sell another piece of .
this large parcel, Lot 2, Grewilla II.
