SUBJECT: Waiver of Permit Fee
The Destin 50 Beach Ultra Inc, a 501(c)3 public charity, requests that the permit fee for our event be
waived. All proceeds from our event, after expenses, go directly to the Special Operations Warrior
Foundation. Also, no one-including myself or other staff, receives any income from the race or our
501(c)3.
