RESOLUTION 2012 -29 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2012 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2013 BUDGET TO MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. Authority Resolution 2012 -24, adopted on September 19, 2012, authorizes amendments to the FY 2012 -13 budget by resolution. Section 2. General Fund Carryovers Amendment Carryover funds for donations received in the prior year have been finalized and need to be recorded. Fourth of July Donations - $ 1, 513. Police Donations - $ 200. Senior Center Donations - $ 8, 579. Library Donations - $ 6, 761. Museum Donations - $ 4, 020. Therefore, General Fund donation account carryovers are appropriated in the amount of 21, 073. Section 3. General Fund Budget Amendment Remaining Kronos timekeeping implementation project costs in the amount of $42, 815 were inadvertently omitted from the purchase order carryover list. Therefore, there is appropriated $ 42, 815 from unassigned fund balance, increasing the General Fund budget to 16, 844, 765. Section 4.
