Boyles, Mr. Padgett said there is no problem with delaying this
discussion for two weeks. Mr. Windes stated it is the consensus
of the Board to table this item until January 21.
RECOGNITION OF DON AMUNDS AS CHAIRMAN FOR 2012 AND 2013
Mr. Windes asked Mr. Amunds to join him at the front of the
room. He presented Mr. Amunds with a plaque recognizing his
service as Chairman of the Board for 2012 and 2013.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, the
meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
