Residential Rehabilitation: iI 556,324 orld Cha~, ers: 535, 000 I' City Council will consider the' proposed, Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan at their regularly scheduled meeting oil June 24, 2008 at 7: 00 pm in the City Council Chambers located at 107 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton 1Beach, FL., These funds are targeted especially for those ci~ ens residing in the area bordered by: Hughes Street ( north); Eglin Parkway ( east); Robinwood drive (west); First Street south); and Bay & Burnett Streets ( northwest). The entire City of Fort Walton Beach is eligible to benefit from funding received, but concentration will be focused on the areas above. At least 80% of the total CDBG funding must benefit low/moderate income persons.
