Karen Rossi From: Cindy Pedersen [Cindy_Pedersen@pd1.fl.gov] Sent: Monday, October 14, 2013 8:38 AM To: Dave Skarzynski Ce: Stephan D. Hall; Karen Rossi; david lambert Subject: Okaloosa invoice for annual support on wireless network - Nov 5 Attachments: TIG invoice 387795.pdf We have received this invoice which is for the annual support contract for the wireless network at Shalimar Annex Courthouse Extension Building. Apparently we are expected to cover part of this expense and I was not aware of this prior to the 13-14 budget submission so it is not in our budget request for 2013-14. I am requesting approval for transfer of reserve funding to account code 54601 Repairs and Maintenance in amount of $773.13. I have copied Karen Rossi so that she can put it on the board agenda. Please let me know if you need anything further. Thanks!
