AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO B&C FIRE SAFETY, INC.

This AMENDMENT No. 2 hereby amends Contract # C15-228-FM, dated January 8,
2015, by and between Okaloosa County Board of Commissioner (“County”) and B&C Fire
Safety, Inc. (“Consultant™) for Repair, Inspection and Service of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms,
Fire Pumps Systems and Sprinkler Systems for Okaloosa County Airports and Facility
Maintenance (“Contract”), as subsequently amended.
WHEREAS, on January 08, 2015, the County and Consultant entered into the Contract
as set forth above; and
WHEREAS, to further clarify the cost of specific services provided for under the
Contract, the parties desire to supplement the Contract by providing an additional breakdown of
pricing for areas of inspection and maintenance and to add two additional buildings not currently
in the Contract.
NOW THEREFORE, the Contract is amended as follows:
1. Attached as Exhibit A is an updated itemized list of pricing for each County
premises covered under the Contract.
2. All provisions of the Contract not otherwise amended herein, including terms of payment,
shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Amendment No.2 is solely meant for further clarification of pricing within the
existing terms of the Contract and to add two additional buildings.
4. This Amendment No. 2 shall be retroactive to the effective date of the Contract, Wthh is
January 8, 2015.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents to be executed on the
day and year hereinabove written.
