BACKGROUND: The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) has more than 180,000 members. The IIA is the acknowledged leader in certification, education, research, and technological guidance for the profession worldwide. For more than 60 years, the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) has provided leadership for the profession of internal auditing OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Proclamation of "International Internal Audit Awareness Month" in Okaloosa County. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
