EXHIBIT 7
LEASE
Comes now James J. Tringas, hereinafter referred to
as the " Lessor", and the City of Fort Walton Beach, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the " Lessee", and in
consideration of the mutual agreements to be performed by the
other, hereby covenant:
1. The Lessor leases to the Lessee the following
described property in the city of Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa
County, Florida:
Begin at a point on the South line of State
Road 115 ( Highway 98) located 2428feet east
of the Northwest corner of Section 24, Town-
ship 2 S, Range 24 W, Fort Walton Beach,
Okaloosa County, Florida, proceed East 100
feet, thence South to the North line of Brooks
Street, thence West along said North line 100
feet, thence North to the point of beginning.
2. That the said property shall be used for a
municipal parking lot only.
3. The said term of the lease shall be from month
to month with 30 days notice to be given by either the Lessor
or the Lessee for termination of the lease.
4. That the said Lessee agrees to pay to the Lessor
as and for rent for the property a sum equal to the annual
County and City ad valorem taxes which shall be pro- rated on
a monthly basis if the lease is terminated as set forth in
Paragraph 3 above.
5. The term of this lease shall commence on the
day of January 1975.
