Comes now James J. Tringas, hereinafter referred to as
the lessor, and the City of Fort Walton Beach, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the lessee, and in
consideration of the mutual agreements to be performed by the
other, hereby covenant:
1. The lessor leases to the lessee the following
described property in the City of Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa
County, Florida:
Begin at a point on the South line of State
Road 115 ( Highway 9$) located 2428 feet east
of the Northwest corner of Section 24, Town-
ship 2 S, Range 24 W, Fort Walton Beach,
Okaloosa County, Florida, proceed East 100
feet, thence South to the North line of Brooks
Street, thence West along said North line
100 feet, thence North to the point of begin-
ning.
2. That the said property shall be used for a municipal
parking lot only.
3. The said term of the lease shall be from month to
month with 30 days notice to be given by either the lessor or
the lessee for termination of the lease.
4. That the said lessee agrees to pay to the lessor as
and for rent for the property the sum of $ 30. 00 per month com-
mencing June 1, 1966.
