Good Afternoon Bob:
We have finally verified the correct employment numbers for the DRS expansion in the Fort Walton Beach
Commerce Park. The attached Resolution reflects the fact that the City of Fort Walton Beach supports DRS C3
Systems and the growth they have provided in' the Fort Walton Beach area. The Resolution by the City also is
asking the State of Florida to approve the Brownfield Redevelopment Bonus Refund Program for DRS C3
Systems and that the County is eligible for the local financial support exemption option due to a continuous
decrease in revenues from Ad Valorum taxes and other related fiscal restraints associated with operating a city
budget.
Bob, this last underlined section is there to show the City's support for DRS receiving State financial support but
reflects the fact that the City cannot financially support funding for this expansion.
If you would like to amend this last statement and word it any differently, please do so.
I will call you to discuss this Resolution and answer any questions you may have.

Larry,
I compared the two documents ( our original draft and their revisions) and they only made minor changes like:
Removed the word " Metric" after their name
Changed all the " DRS C 3 Systems" to "DRS C3 Systems"
And put the word " approximately" in front of 875 and 86
Please let me know what your next step would be!
Thanks!
