RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2009 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 2010 BUDGET TO MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO
APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Authority
Resolution 2009- 40, adopted on September 16, 2009, authorizes amendments to
the FY 2009- 10 budget by resolution.
Section 2. CDBG Fund Budget Amendment
TheCity received a $ 10, 000 donation from the Okaloosa Community
Development Corporation for the Wodd Changers program. Therefore, there is
appropriated $ 10, 000 from donations, increasing the CDBG Fund budget from $ 142, 221
to $ 152, 221.
Section 3. Effective Date
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the City Council
and signature by the Mayor.
