Pursuant to City of Fort Walton Beach Code of Ordinances and the Purchasing Policies and Procedures, Staff requests City Council award Invitation to Bid No. 12 -022 for the Utility Infrastructure Installation / Construction Annual Bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all specifications, Utility Solutions Group, LLC of DeFuniak Springs, Florida for an initial period of one ( l) year with four (4) one ( 1) year options.
