On March 27, 2012, City Council adopted Ordinance 1861, which enacted a new Land Development Code for the City of Fort Walton Beach. 1. 2. The revised Land Development Code is significantly different from the previous Land Development Code. The development review process has been streamlined and many processes and applications have been revised and/ or eliminated. 1. 3.
