Please consider this letter as written verification that, as referenced in your letter of
February 4, 2014, Okaloosa County will enter into a written Letter of Agreement with the
Department of Economic Opportunity prior to expending any additional program income
associated with the above-referenced subgrant.

Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program. If you have any
