In the event that any provision in chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances conflict
with any part of the revised Land Development Code, the provisions of the revised land
Development Code shall prevail.
SECTION V. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval by the City Council
and signature of the Mayor.
