Jack,
Attached is an amendment to an existing annual FDOT JPA ( attached as well) for the Computerized
Traffic Control System, changing the annual amount. I could not find any internal contract number
anywhere nor on the purchasing contracts web page.
This is FDOT’s submittal and is waiting for our Board’s approval.
Please process and let me know when all have signed off so it can go to the board.

Attached is the proposed Amendment to the JPA revising the recurring amount from
$200,000 to $300,000 which was just transmitted to the District Traffic Operations Office by
the District Legal Office earlier today.
We need five original executed copies. Also, please remind whoever is processing the
execution to remove the “DRAFT’ watermark that is incorporated into the document.
