Re: That portion of Yarmouth Drive located in Raintree Estates, Unit One as
recorded in Plat Book 5 Pages 81-84 of the official records of Okaloosa
County, more particularly described as that portion of Yarmouth Drive
bounded on the west by Lot 1, Block 21, and bounded on the east by Lot 1,
Block 20, Raintree Estates Unit One, Also bounded on the south by Raintree
Boulevard and bounded on the north by Meadow Woods Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 10 Pg. 44 of the Official Records of Okaloosa County.
The general size of said parcel is 109.49 feet by 60.00 feet.

Regarding the request to vacate the above referenced right-of-way, please be
advised that Okaloosa Gas District owns and operates gas facilities within this
right-of-way and therefore has no objection if.an easement can be granted to
