We understand and accept that any outside customers must process through security to gain access to the Barber Shop. Mike, after much consideration, | have come to the conclusion that | can not realize a profit in this setting. The initial investment in Equipment, Insurance, and Set-up was approximately $6,000.00 and its nearing renewal time for the insurance policy again. To continue to invest in Barber Shop will eventually create a financial hardship. Any additional expenses incurred of any kind would just "hurry the hardship". ltis for these reasons that we would like to close the Barber Shop fo alleviate any potential undue hardships on me and to allow you to seek better use and profitability of your space. Respectfully, request that | be allowed until 18 May 2015 to remove the equipment. | appreciate the opportunity that you and the Airport Authority have provided, and sincerely regret that it did not work out to either of our expectations . We are sorry this adventure did not work out. Your Lease Section 1: Term states, “...Either party may, without cause, cancel this Agreement by giving not less than sncty (60) days written notice to the other party... Your official lease termination date will be June 28, 2015. You requested that you be allowed to leave the equipment until May 18, 2015 which was approved by Mr. Stenson.
