STATEMENT OF ISSUE: At its November 20, 2012 meeting the Board approved the
members of the Shalimar Annex Renovation Project Task Force. Since that date, Alicia Wardlow
has requested removal as a voting member.
BACKGROUND: Since memorialization, Alicia Wardlow has requested removal from the Task
Force as a voting member.
If this change is approved, the Task Force composition will include:
• Don Amunds, Board of County Commissioners
• Don Howard, Clerk of Courts
o Kathy Henley, Clerk of Courts alternate
• Major J.D. Peacock, Sheriff
O Larry Ashley, Sheriff alternate
• Paul Lux, Supervisor of Elections
o Shirley Young, Supervisor of Elections alternate
• Ben Anderson, Tax Collector
• Janet Fugate, Property Appraiser
o Pete Smith, Property Appraiser alternate
• Rosemary Ash, Guardian ad Litem
• William Bishop, State Attorney
• Alicia Wardlow, Court Administration
• Judge Mary Polson, Judicial
• Jason Mckinney, Public Defender
o Gregg Gulickson, Public Defender alternate
OPTIONS: To approve or disapprove requested removal.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve removal of Alicia Wardlow as voting member of the
Crestview Courthouse Task Force.
