Our regulations require that you have an opportunity to review the terms and conditions prior to final signature by the Department of the Army. Enclosed is an unsigned Department of the Army permit instrument (permit). Please read carefully the Special Conditions beginning on page 3 of the permit. These were developed to apply specifically to your project. Water Quality Certification is also required prior to issuance of a permit.
