The lead consultant on our search was Renee Narloch. Ms. Narloch was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job in leading a successful recruitment process from inception to conclusion, meeting both time and budgetary requirements. She recruited a highly qualified group of candidates for our City Commission to select from, and worked very effectively with our Mayor and the Commission throughout the selection process. We had a very tight timeline for this search, and found it necessary to make changes several times during the recruitment process. Ms. Narloch was extremely professional and flexible in accommodating our changing needs. Ms. Narloch worked very well with our Human Resources staff. She communicated with us regularly throughout the recruitment process and responded to our calls and questions quickly. | would be pleased to have Bob Murray & Associates provide executive recruitment services for us in the future, and would request Ms. Narloch as our consultant. If you would like to speak with me personally, please don’t hesitate to call. Cheryl F.
