Public Support - City of Fort Walton Beach Partners
Dear City of Fort Walton Beach Partners:
The Economic Development Council serving Okaloosa County will shortly be sending out its letter requesting your support
to help fund our programs and activities for the upcoming fiscal year. Each year we provide you with an Annual Report
outlining those accomplishments that have helped generate new jobs and investments in and around Okaloosa County
and the nine municipalities.
This year we will be providing each public partner with a breakdown of our staffs activities (in terms of man hours and
wages) as they relate to the dollars we have secured for community and military grants, job creation and investment
activities. Using the average base wage for Okaloosa County, we will be illustrating how your public dollars will be
invested in creating new jobs and investments for our county's residents for the coming year.
We will be happy to meet with each of you to outline our Marketing Plan for the 2010 -11 Fiscal Year and look forward to
having your continued support in helping to create quality jobs and capital investments for the benefit of all Okaloosa
County residents. Please let us know your availability to meet with an EDC staff member.
