RECOMMENDATION
Staff respectfully requests City Council action on the following:
1. Approve the :proposed FY 2010 -11 budget. Any increase in spending in one area will
require a reduction in another area or increase in the millage rate.
2. Approve Hedrick Center improvements. Water intrusion correction & gym cooling
system are estimated at $ 100K in FY 10 /11. Additional improvements estimated at
250K would extend the life of the building about 15 years and permit operations at the
center to continue status quo.
3.
Approve annual purchasing waivers: computers, library books, fuel, street paving.
