In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile transmission or by e-mail delivery of a ".pdf" format data file, such signature shall create a valid and binding obligation of the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such facsimile or ".pdf" signature page were an original thereof. 14. The following is hereby added to the Agreement as Paragraph 33: 33. This Agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties. Any alterations, variations, changes, modifications or waivers of provisions of this Agreement shall only be valid when they have been reduced to writing, duly signed by each of the parties hereto, and attached to the original of this Agreement, unless otherwise provided herein. 15. Attachment A, Grant Work Plan, Task 2 – Host County Activities, Budget by Category is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Budget by Category: Travel: $1,530.00 for travel and hotel to national and state National American Hazardous Material Management Association (NAHMMA) conferences. Contractual: $58,470.00 (collection, processing, and disposal of HHW and program advertisement). Salaries: Allowable Costs not to exceed $20,000.00 (Landfill and Recycling Foreman: $26.97 per hour; Hazardous Materials Technician I: $11.90 per hour; Hazardous Technician II: $14.53 per hour; Recycling Equipment Operator I: $17.97 per hour; and, Recycling Equipment Operator II: $14.76 per hour). Any salary costs exceeding the maximum allowable costs remain the sole responsibility of the Grantee. 16. Attachment A, Grant Work Plan, Task 2 – Host County Activities, Deliverable is hereby revised to add the following sentence: Additionally, the Grantee will submit copies of: time cards, payroll reports to support the hours worked and proof of payment to the employees. In all other respects, the Agreement of which this is an Amendment, and attachments relative thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
