Dear Mr. Hofstad and Board of County Commissioners,
We would like to request that our time frame codified in our lease to be operational on
the island site to be extended for an additional 12 months considering the issues we have
had in obtaining the proper easements for access and utilities, which we need in order to
complete a site plan and request a development order. This extension would give us
until December 5, 2015 to be operational on the site.
We have won the Impact 100 grant and purchased the first two structures that will
comprise phase 1 of the site plan we will propose, and we are motivated and ready to
move forward with this incredible opportunity we have been given. We hope that you
will grant our extension to give us the necessary time needed for the approvals, site
work, and construction of Phase 1 of our project. Thank you for your consideration.
Cheers,
President
