If we had went to second reading on this one on the 24th, the change from four to five would have been a substantial change, and it would have had to go back for first reading anyway! I accepted the major change, five to four, and otherwise rejected the numbering changes. I have the ordinance set up to mesh with our current Code. This sentence should read up to "four" not "five" because the revenue projections from Tetra Tech are based on four units or more not five. Toni, Based on this and a few other minor changes, would you please review the attached document and let me know if you concur.
