The above referenced subdivision has been substantially completed according to the approved plans, except for excavation in block
“C”, Lots 1-8. Please find an as-built survey of these lots showing the final grade. Lots 7 & 8 could not be surveyed due to piles of
material that precluded showing the final grade.
The developer requests that the process of accepting this phase into county temporary maintenance be initiated. The estimated cost of
construction is $370,000.
Please advise if we can be of further assistance in the review process.
