OCWS staff recommends approval of the laboratory services contract (WS 44-15) with Test America. Although they were
the only respondent, Test America has a longstanding relationship and history of providing excellent service at fair prices
for OCWS. We expect that they will continue to do so under the new contract. A .pdf copy of the bid tab sheet is
attached.
There are sufficient funds available in our budget, account # 4101-534900 “CS-OTHER.” The total budget for that
account number is $30,000.00.
