BACKGROUND: During the budget process, the Tourist Development Council approved the City of Fort Walton Beach’s funding request for $7,500 for the French in Florida exhibit. Funding for this purpose is included in the Tourist Development Department budget presented to the Board on August 1. The attached agreement memorializes the terms of the funding provided. The agreement was reviewed and approved by the Tourist Development Council at its August 25 meeting. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny RECOMMENDATION: Approve an interlocal agreement with the City of Fort Walton Beach for FY 2016-2017 funding for the museum, and authorize the Chairman to sign. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
