STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Staff requests BCC Approval to extend existing Lease Agreement
l12-0392-WS between Okaloosa County Water & Sewer and the Office of Criminal Conflict &
Civil Regional Counsel, Region 1. This unit is located in the Okaloosa County Water & Sewer
Building 2nd floor.
BACKGROUND: This lease renewal would be for the standard one year term - 07/01/14 to
06/30/15. A copy of the original lease and a copy of the lease renewal are attached. The annual
rent for this lease will be the same as last year, $22,604.04 - twelve monthly payments of
$1,883.67.
OPTIONS: Approve or deny the Lease Agreement for the Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil
Regional Counsel, Region 1.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval by the BCC to authorize the Chairman
to execute the Lease Agreement Renewal for the Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional
Counsel, Region 1.
