This case is pertaining to 653 Country Club Avenue Northeast.
According to the tax records the owner of said property is Kathi Thomas.
This case is for a repeat occurrence of the following violations( s):
Code Section 16. 43. 1. T: Grass Height. The grass and weeds were overgrown on
the property.
The repeat violation was observed on December 18, 2012.
Per an Order of the Code Enforcement Board dated February 9, 2011 the
aforementioned violation( s) constitute a repeat violation.
On December 18, 2012 service was obtained for the Notice of Hearing for a
repeat violation.
On January 9, 2013 photographs of the violation was taken.
As of today, January 9, 2013 the property remains in violation.

Staff is requesting issuance of Order II for a repeat violation including the _
325. 00 administrative fee.
Staff also requests a fine of $500. 00 per day be imposed on the property with a
starting date of December 18, 2012.
