As a condition of the grant, the property must be officially designated as a Brownfields area. Ms. Jones advised this is the second public hearing for the resolution, which designates the area as a Brownfields area, and there have been no changes. If approved, the City will then enter into a Brownfields Site Rehabilitation Agreement with the
