BACKGROUND: Per the adopted FY16 Strategic Marketing Plan: “Promotional Reserve funds may be appropriated in accordance with County approval authority and with concurrence of the TDC Chairman. A monthly reconciliation of the use of promotional reserve funds will be provided to the TDC and BCC for informational purposes.” Promotional reserves in the amount of $100,000 were budgeted, of which $41,839 has been previously appropriated. During March, promotional reserve funds in the amount of $5,825 were used for Food & Travel Magazine (TO 186). Promotional reserves in the amount of $52,336 remain available for appropriation. OPTIONS: N/A RECOMMENDATION: For informational purposes only; no action required. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
