ORDINANCE NO. 16- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OKALOOSA COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 91-1, AS AMENDED, AMENDING CHAPTER 1 “GENERAL PROVISIONS”, ADDING NEW SUBSECTION 1.11.11 “DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT”; AMENDING CHAPTER 1A “CODE ADMINISTRATION?”, AMENDING SUBSECTION 1A.01.04 “PLANNING COMMISSION”; ADDING NEW SUBSECTION 1A.03.12 “DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT”; AMENDING SECTION 1A.04.00 “ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT”; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, OR PORTIONS THEREOF, IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Okaloosa County Land Development Code, Ordinance Number 91-1, as amended, is hereby amended and revised as follows. Section 2. Chapter 1, “General Provisions”, Subsection 1.11.11, “Devefopment of Regional Impact” is added as shown in Exhibit A. Section 3. Chapter 1A, “Code Administration”, Subsection 1A.01.04, “Planning Commission” is hereby amended and revised as shown in Exhibit B. Section 4. Chapter 1A, Code Administration, Subsection 1A.03.12, “Development of Regional Impact” is added as shown in Exhibit C. Section 5, Section 1A.04.00, “Administration Adjustment” is amended and revised as shown in Exhibit D. Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law, and does hereby repeal any ordinances, or provisions, thereof, in conflict herewith. Should any word, phrase, sentence, subsection, section, or other part of this Ordinance be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, void, unenforceable, or unconstitutional, then the part so held shall be severed from this ordinance and the remainder of this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
