Dear County Commissioners-
As public schools strive to meet the needs of its students and the realities of funding, we find that we have
increased opportunities for creative fundraising. In conjunction with our PTO, we will be sponsoring our first
ever “Run to Play--Kids Helping Kids” one mile fun run. All proceeds collected from this fun run will benefit
the playground rebuilding project for our Pre-K class.
In order to complete a one mile run, we request the opportunity to close Range Road from the traffic light at
Highway 20, to the entrance designated on the map. We anticipate closing it from approximately 5:30 PM until
7:00 PM on Friday, April 25. We will secure the proper liability insurance as deemed appropriate through the
school district.
