STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request BCC direction regarding the plans for a new building at the
Shalimar Annex site.
BACKGROUND: The Design-Building contractor for the new building at the Shalimar Annex
site has developed some design scenarios for the new building. To keep the design development
moving forward, the contractor requests direction from the BCC regarding the proposed
concepts.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Request BCC direction regarding the plans for a new building at the
Shalimar Annex site.
