I do seem to recall a phone conversation on this topic. The move should not present a problem;
but the request has to go before the Board for consideration. I will add an agenda request for this
move to the June 4, 2013 BCC meeting and let you know once it is approved. The requested date
will be July 23 rd at 10:15 a.m. .

August 6th . She indicated she had communicated with you and that you were going to let her
know whether the August 6th workshop could be moved to July 23 rd or July 30 th .

The May 31 st budget review will be held in the small conference room adjacent to the board room
on the 3rd floor of the Water & Sewer building. I did not note a change for the August 6th budget
review…did I miss something?
