A. GRANTOR is seized in fee simple and in possession of lands described as:
The East 45 feet of Lot 7, Sun King Offices,Inc., a subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 26, of the Public Records ofOkaloosa
County. F10rida AND The East 45.feet of the North 18.23 feet of
Lot 6. of said Sun King Offices, Inc., the North 18.23 feet being
measured at right angles from the north,line of said Lot 6.
B. GRANTOR has agreed, inconsideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($ 10. 00)
and other good and valuable consideration to grant to Grantee, an easement over the
land described herein for the purposes and in the manner expressed herein,
WITNESSETII: That, in pursuance of an Agreement for Easement and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged. Grantor grants unto Grantee, its
successors and assigns a non--exc1usive easement fur the purposes of ingress and egress over the
following property:

Book 7, Page 26, of the Public Records ofOkaloosa County, Florida AND The
East 45 feet of the North 18. 23 feet of Lot 6, of said Sun King Offices, Inc., the
North 18. 23 feet being measured at right angles from the north line of said Lot 6.
TIIE RIGHTS gnmted in this agreement shall be possessed and enjoyed by Grantee, its
successors and assigns, in perpetuity or until Grantee detennines that it has no public purpose for
use of the easement granted herein. Further, Grantee shall have the right of ingress and egress to
and from the premises for any and all purposes necessary or convenient to the exercise of the rights
