RE: Exchange of Property.
Dear Ms. Shanahan:
Thank you for the invitation that you extended to me earlier to a discussion concerning
our church' slong range plans for our building expansion. It gave me the opportunity to
convey to you what our plans were and what it going to take to get started and complete
our building program.
Beulah First Baptist Church (officer' s and members) would like to make a request ofa
property swap. We would like to exchange property that we own on 36 Carson Drive NE
for the recently acquired boarding house property that you now own on McGriff Street.
This property is desperately needed for parking before we can start building our new
sanctuary. The new building will take up the majority of the parking area that we now
have, therefore we must fmd additional parking at some other location. The most feasible
parking is across the street from the church. That is why it is of the up most importance
that we acquire the boarding house property. Weare asking that you please consider our
request of exchanging properties. If this request is granted it will be most appreciated by
our entire congregation. Thank you for your consideration.
