SUBJECT: Resolution amending Resolution 13-147

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Resolution 13-147 is to be amended for clarification of Board's
intent relative to the vacation.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners approved the closure of a portion of the
alleyway in Block 53 in the Townsite of Port Dixie during the October 15th Board of County
Commissioner's meeting. However, the Resolution that was signed by the Chairman failed to
properly reflect the intent of the Board relative to the improvements on the property, specifically
as it relates to stipulations placed on the vacated property.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the amendment to the resolution to reflect that there are no
stipulations attached to that portion of the vacated alleyway in Block 53, Townsite of Port Dixie.
